In response to the latest recommendations from the CDC and out of an abundance of caution, Camelot Homes is temporarily suspending all non-critical warranty service appointments for 30 days. We feel this step in necessary for us to do our part in containing or slowing the possible spread of the virus and to keep you, our customer, as safe as possible.
Russ Dollman, our Director of Customer Relations, will be personally contacting all customers with scheduled service appointments to reschedule those for a future date. We will continue to receive and evaluate all warranty service requests and respond to critical service items that could interrupt daily living. Other non-essential service requests will be rescheduled to a future date 30 days from now.
